About Adult Ballet.

Adult Ballet is a sessional ballet class for students at a beginner to intermediate level. This class will explore the fundamentals of ballet technique while developing strength, coordination, and a love for the arts.

ADULT BALLET UPDATE:

We are thrilled that adult dance is able to resume with enhanced safety protocols.

• Floor and barre markings: the studio will be marked to ensure each participant has 7 square meters around them.
• Capacity and room size: our Adult Ballet class will be held in our upstairs studio with space to hold up to 24 participants. To ensure there is enough space we will be only having up to 18 participants.
• Vaccine cards: continued use of vaccine cards and government-issued I.D.
• Enhanced cleaning: the Adult Ballet studio will be hazed before each class using a medical grade hazer with vital oxide.
• Masks highly encouraged: we are asking that all participants wear a mask while dancing.
