LEVEL 1/2
About Level 1/2.
Ages 7-9
Level 1/2 begins our General Program and focuses on learning correct body alignment, further developing musicality and rhythm, and increasing strength, flexibility, and balance. Students are evaluated through observation, checking for understanding, in-class activities to demonstrate learning, and discussion. A more formal approach and technical structure is applied to classes as the students mature and gain technical prowess. Our Level 1/2 classes run September to June.
