About Primary Ballet.
Age 6
Primary Ballet is part of our foundational program and focuses on inspiring students and instilling a love for music, dance, and self-expression. Foundational classes prepare students to move to higher levels of dance exploration in the General Program. Students in Primary Ballet take part in our annual Celebration of Dance in May.
NEW FOR THE 2021-22 DANCE SEASON!
Students at the Primary Ballet age are eligible to add on our Ballet/Jazz Combo class (ages 6-7). This 45 minutes class will be a fun, fast-paced combo class. Students will begin with 20-25 minutes of ballet, followed by 20-25 minutes of jazz. This class runs from September to June and includes a jazz performance in our annual Celebration of Dance in May.
